These directions assume you know how to access the admin options panel.

This will get you to a screen like this - called the Admin Options Panel

 


Checking registration for a current event

Start by clicking on the admin options panel to “View Dates and Events”. You will see a set of icons to the left of the event



These icons enable you to


•Edit the event,
•View registration


We do not recommend you use the other options.

 

If you want to contact all registrants for the event, we do not recommend you do it using the notifications, instead download the registration list as shown below

Downloading a Registration List


First make sure you are on the event record as shown in the diagram above, and click on the icon that shows a group of people.
This will take you to the registrant management page.
MAKE SURE YOU SET THE DROPDOWN TO SHOW ALL REGISTRATIONS.
Then you can use the “Exports” button to export a report of all registrations.
