Trello is a simple to use tool that enables groups to work together. It can help us ensure that everything is one place when we work with your chapter on events.


A key reason to use the Trello board is that the particular NYSVMS staff person supporting the region might be unavailable, but this way all staff can check on the progress and access key documents.


A sample board is shown below.

It consists of some vertical lists - and within each list a series of cards.

For example the second list is for an event on March 7th.  



The first card in the event list is a checklist that can be used to make sure the key items have been completed



Another card is used to store the key document required to obtain CE approval


Trello is free. We will setup a Trello board for your chapter during onboarding and invite the relevant volunteers to participate.
